Premier Relationship Manager, Offshore


What you’ll be doing?
  • Working closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth hand-over and partnership in managing customer experience
  • Up-sell, cross sell and provide regular market updates for investment and insurance products to customers
  • Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of revenue and growth targets
  • Constantly identifying customer’s needs and opportunities
  • Provide quality and professional services to wealth customers, ensuring superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking
  • Develop and entrench in the relationship with the customers, acquiring New-to-bank customers through existing customers
  • Compliant with local laws, regulations, bank’s policies, including risk management policies and procedures

Who are we looking for?
  • Degree holder
  • A pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 will be an advantage;
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a Banking environment
  • Team player, sales-driven with good interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of banking products, such as insurance and wealth management products in mainland, Hong Kong and Singapore
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Able to adapt well in a sales and service oriented environment
  • In-depth appreciation of mainland culture and practices. Candidates admitted under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) are welcome

Business Development Manager, Offshore Banking


What you’ll be doing?
  • Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking offshore customers through various channels, develop and strengthen their relationships with the Bank
  • Working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth hand-over and partnership in managing customer experience
  • Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of customer count and growth target
  • Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information to customers
  • Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking

Who are we looking for?

Senior Teller


What you’ll be doing?
  • Provide quality customer service at branch and provide solutions to meet customers’ need
  • Handle counter transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for promoting banking products and services
  • Support branch operations adhere to relevant regulations, policies and guidelines

Who are we looking for?
  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 1 year of teller experience
  • Detail-minded, customer-oriented and proactive
  • Attentive to details with good numerical and computer skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed and will be considered as Teller

Working Hour:
  • Shift on Mon - Sat (5 days)
  • Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5:35pm
  • Sat: 8:30am - 1:15pm

Senior/Executive Premier Relationship Manager


What you’ll be doing?
  • Serve and provide wealth management services to high net worth customers
  • Promote various investment products to meet business targets
  • Provide marketing support to branch staff

Who are we looking for?
  • University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling affluent customers
  • Pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3
  • Preferably with CFA or CFP qualifications
  • Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage
  • Strong sales driven and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

(Senior) Personal Financial Consultant


What you’ll be doing?
  • Provide high quality one-stop retail banking services to retail banking customers
  • Promote a wide range of retail products, including but not limited to investment and insurance, to customers to explore new business opportunities
  • Solicit potential business opportunities and make referrals to related segment
  • Ensure all the activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?
  • 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE
  • Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE are required
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in retail banking
  • Sales-driven, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Qualification of ECF is preferred
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Personal Financial Consultant

Assistant Manager, Customer Service (Call Centre - General Banking)


What you’ll be doing?
  • Handle customer enquiries, from incoming call, outbound call and email, on various banking products, credit card, cash instalment and banking services
  • Handle requests from customer including but not limited to banking products, ATM, credit card, cash instalment e-banking application, etc.
  • Perform account maintenance service
  • Handle customer feedback/complaints in a professional manner
  • Relate customer feedback/comments to management team for attention/action
  • Provide administrative support to the team as assigned

Who are we looking for?
  • Form 5 or above
  • Min 1 year banking Call Centre experience
  • Good knowledge in PC (i.e. MS Office)
  • Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Detail-minded and customer-oriented
  • Good communication skill and telephone manner
  • Customer and service oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to attend shift duties
