MEET OUR GRADUATE TALENTS

2017 Graduate Talent, Human Resources Division

During the regional week in Singapore, a series of talks given by business leaders were arranged to deepen our understanding of OCBC Group. “The Open Vault”, the fintech and innovation unit in OCBC, was opened to us to showcase the latest tech development in the bank, and how banking industry is transforming in 21st century.

Not only did we enhance our understanding of the financial industry, but we also build rapport with graduate talents from other regions. We understood the culture difference by working on business cases together. Meeting people across the bank, we are able to build our professional network beyond Hong Kong.
