Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from universities in or outside Hong Kong within 12 months before 1 September 2022

Position:

• Banking Associate (5 positions in total across the business functions listed below)

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate various digital channels projects, including but not limited to Internet and Mobile Banking platform, website content management
• Coordinate digital projects through the whole development cycle on business proposal preparation, vendor selection, user requirement formation, project testing and execution management
• Work closely with product owners in digitizing the product sale channels
• Assist to handle channel development budget and channel revenue generation to meet channel P&L
• Assist to manage stakeholders’ expectations and cost management
• Ensure collaboration among different team of developers, vendors, partners and end users
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Enhance the UX and flow on the usage of respective digital channels
• Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design
• Compile market reports and channel performance statistics
• Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce is preferred
• Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus
• Good understanding on regulatory guidelines and risk control
• Keep abreast of latest market trend and technology is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop Offshore / GBA segment strategy to achieve the acquisition plan
• Develop marketing guidelines and workflow for cross border related business
• Identify strategic partnership & collaboration to increase referral sources
• Assist Business Development Manager and Relationship Manager in acquiring and prospecting new Premier Banking offshore / GBA customers through various channels
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of business plan
• Assist in market research on peer banks’ business strategy

• To connect with internal and external stakeholders for knowledge sharing and promotion of sustainable finance
• To be a valued member in the Sustainable Finance team and support their day-to-day priorities

• Assist to document fact-findings and results, design new process for delighted customer experience (CX) and specify system changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is preferred
• Experience in digital solution is a plus
• Knowledge in online collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, confluence, inVision), UML, HTML5, native app, swift, kotlin, iOS/Android and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) would be an advantage

• Assist business and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope
• Coordinate with FinTech companies / Group technologies to explore emerging technologies, especially fintech, big data analytics, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, etc.
• Work with process analysts and IT teams to conduct POC (proof of concept) model and to facilitate the design of innovative solutions for business process transformation
• Conduct analysis of technology / product research studies and prepare presentations for future operating model ideas to improve customer and employee experiences
• Participate in IT development projects for the approved solutions and streamline the implementation to achieve target business cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business Studies, or related disciplines
• Fast learner with passion in technologies and business transformation projects
• Knowledge in data analytics or RPA / AI projects is a definite advantage
