OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“OWH”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Previously known as Banco Weng Hang, S.A., the Bank was established in 1941 and has approximately 500 employees.
OWH, the former Wing Hang Bank, Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) on 15 October 2014.
