Accounting Officer - Consumer Loans (Ref: PC/COD-LFP/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Handle daily general accounting functions
Support accounting operations include but not limited to bank reconciliations, invoice processing and general ledger posting
Prepare monthly accounts breakdown and financial reports
Handle ad hoc duties and financial projects as assigned
Requirements:
 
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in accounting field
Able to work under pressure and independently
Strong numerical sense and detail-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Excel
(Fresh graduates will also be considered. Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Accounting Clerk – Consumer Loans)
   
Loans Officer – Acquisition Team (Ref: PC/COD-LOA/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Solicit new consumer loans business
Develop new sales channel to expand our customer base
Build and maintain good and long-term relationship with customers
Process loans applications
Requirements:
 
Secondary education or above
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in financial industry
Excellent customer service skills and sales technique
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure

Operation Officer – Revolving Credit (Ref: PC/COD-RCO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Promote loan products and provide quality customer services
Handle and process the loan applications and transactions
Handle customer enquiries and request
Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
Requirements:
 
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in financial industry
Proactive and self-motivated
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Collection Officer – Consumer Loans (Ref: PC/COD-CO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Follow up repayment with delinquent customers by telephone dunning, written communications and outdoor visits
Monitor loans account and carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accounts
Assist in monitoring delinquency, loan losses and bad debt recovery
Provide administrative support and assist in any ad-hoc task assigned
Requirements:
 
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 3 year's relevant experience in consumer loans collection
Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Collection Clerk – Consumer Loans)

Responsibilities:
 
Process personal, mortgage and other consumer loans applications

Assist in credit approval and credit review
Requirements:

Mortgage loan experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
 
Promote loan products and provide quality counter services
Handle personal, mortgage and other consumer loan applications
Assist in preparing credit proposals and loan documents
Provide clerical support to the branch
Requirements:
 
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree fresh graduates
Preferably with some part-time job experience in customer service
Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Operation Officer - Consumer Loans (Ref: PC/COD-OO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Handle loan application processing, including loan drawdown & disbursement
Communicate with customer on loan offering and any other outstanding issues
Provide assistance to branches for routine operational enquiries
Perform regular briefing with branches for introducing new initiatives and follow up outstanding enquiries or tasks
Prepare training materials or operational guidelines on specific operational issues
Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
Perform ad hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
 
Degree holder or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in financial industry

Responsibilities:
 
Perform regular data quality assurance checking
Prepare various statistics reports and regular training
Handle customer phone/written enquiries and complaints
Perform ad hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
 
Degree holder or equivalent
Preferably with 1 year's relevant experience in operation control aspect
Good communication and problem solving skills

Marketing Manager – Consumer Loans (Ref: PC/COD-MM/WB)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the candidate will lead a team to plan, design and execute marketing strategies and promotion campaigns for consumer loan products to achieve pre-set objective. Key focuses include:
 
Utilize various digital channels to promote consumer loans sales, with focus on lead generation and sales conversion
Lead marketing projects related to internet platform and social media area
Liaise with marketing agency to drive initiatives for above-the-line promotion
Manage and enhance the client value proposition of the loans product
Drive market research, analyze business trend and identify business opportunities
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and strategies
Requirements:
 
University degree in Marketing or related disciplines preferred
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably with experience in Consumer Loans industry
Proactive, with excellent market sense and able to drive initiatives independently
Good management and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Business & Development Manager (Ref: PC/WHS-BDM/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Support management team on daily business management and administration
Formulate, review and update the strategic business plans and operational procedures
Collaborate with the external vendors to deliver different securities projects across various banking division and ensure clients to receive high standards of service on time
Act as focal point of contact and liaise with various stakeholders and resolve conflicts or any disputes
Requirements:
 
Degree in Business Management and Administration or related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in the business development of securities or banking industry
In-depth knowledge of process, practices and theories in business development management
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
 
Perform and monitor daily operations on trading, settlement and IT systems
Identify the operational requirements of system projects
Conduct the whole cycle of feasibility study, system flow, wireframe, information architecture, UAT plan, development, testing and refinement
Review project performance and risks and identify corrective actions when necessary
Understand and analyze business knowledge and solutions of IT applications
Coordinate with different parties for related IT and compliance issues
Requirements:
 
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related discipline
Minimum 1 years' experience in the IT operations or project management in banking industry
