AUTO & EQUIPMENT FINANCE OPERATIONS
Manager, Auto & Equipment Finance Operations (Ref: CP/AEO-MAEO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Supervise and manage the overall operations of the auto & equipment loan drawdown
Control and ensure the validity of loan document, timely loan disbursement
Control the daily processing is complied with relevant internal requirements and guidelines in all related duties
Improve procedure and provide relevant training
Liaise with Relationship Managers and give full support in developing the business.
Requirements:
 
University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years' experience in loans processing and credit administration, in which at least 5 years' supervisory experience
Independent, good analytical and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
   
Operation Officer, Auto & Equipment Finance Operations (Ref: CP/AEO-OC/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Check the validity and completeness of loan document for auto & equipment finance loan drawdown
Check the validity and completeness of vehicle renewal document from customers for renewal
Check the data updating to various the collateral system by clerical staff
Provide efficient counter service to customers for general repayment, license and insurance renewal
Control all processing are complied with relevant regulatory requirements and internal guideline
Monitor the progress of insurance claim cases
Requirements:
 
Diploma or above
Preferably 1 years' supervisory experience
Organized, independent and detail-minded
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Operations Clerk)
   
 
   
CENTRAL CONTROL
Senior Central Control Clerk (Ref: CM/CCD-SCCC/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Create and update O/D line
Input and update customers’ information in internal systems
Provide clerical support to the department
Requirements:
 
Secondary education or above
Preferably 1 year's relevant experience in banking or financial industry
Good accounting knowledge is preferred
Hard-working, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS applications, fast and accurate typing
(Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Central Control Clerk)
   
 
   
GENERAL AFFAIRS
Manager – Building Facility Management (Ref: CP/GAD-BMM/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Manage a team to provide a wide spectrum of building facility management services including repair & maintenance matters for headquarter and other operational offices.
Maintain high level office standard of building environment, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Supervise building management team including technicians, guards, building attendants, amahs, banquet waiter and cleaning service crew to provide excellent internal services for various departments.
Manage leasing administrative work for Bank owned premises.
Lead any assigned projects related to property services.
Requirements:
 
University degree in Building Management or related discipline
Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in building facility management
Experience in handling banking renovation project is an advantage
Independent and able to work under pressure
Good supervisory and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
   
Administration Clerk (Ref: CM/GAD-AC/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Perform general administrative support and other duties assigned
Requirements:
 
Secondary education or above
Minimum 2 year's relevant experience
Polite, hard-working, responsible and good attitude
   
 
   
LOANS OPERATION
Senior Loan Processing Officer (Ref. CP/LNO-SLPO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Prepare all loan documents include offer letters, guarantee and charge forms etc. for corporate clients
Check the completeness and correctness of documents before loan disbursement and/or credit limits set-up
Liaise with valuation / properties agents and follow up with the valuation reports
Handle credit limit loading, loans disbursement, roll-over and settlement process
Handle and supervise loans repayment & maintenance functions
Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
 
Diploma or above
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Banking industry
Familiar with credit administration duties
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, independent and self-motivated
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Officer / Senior Clerk)

REMITTANCE
Remittance Operations Officer/ Clerk (1-year contract) (Ref: CM/RMT-ROO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Check, release and authorize the inward and outward remittance transactions and documents.
Check and approve the E-Banking Templates set up at E-Banking Platform and ORS System.
Assist to handle the investigation items and enquiries over phone, by email and by Swift.
Handle ad hoc assessments as required.
Requirements:
 
Secondary education or above
Preferably 1 year relevant experience in banking or financial industry
Detail-minded and customer-oriented
Independent and able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills

SECURITIES
Assistant Securities Manager (Ref: CP/SEC-ASM/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Review existing operations process and initiate system enhancement to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness, efficiency and productivity
Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
Design and implement adequate controls to ensure compliance with new or revised regulatory requirements
Liaise with relevant parties on preparation for business requirement, testing planning and system rollout preparation for systems, new products and new services.
Plan and execute and conduct user acceptance tests according to project timeline
Manage all securities held under custody or as collateral for banking facilities granted and provide nominees services
Perform static data processing in back office system
Requirements:
 
University degree in any discipline
7 years of experience in securities operation with at least 1-2 years of people management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Mature, well organized, strong attention to details and with strong interpersonal and planning skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Securities Officer)
   
Senior Securities Officer (Ref: CP/SEC-SSO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for trade settlement and reconcile position between systems, CCASS and custodian
Perform nominee functions on securities custodian and corporate event services including share offers, rights issues, bonus issues, dividend elections etc
Comply with regulatory requirements (including HKMA and SFC) and Audit / Risk Management guidelines
Report any suspicious, outstanding and incident to Managers
Handle ad-hoc project / request that assigned by Managers
Requirements:
 
Degree holder in any discipline(s)
At least 2-3 years of banking back office experience in securities
Has product knowledge of both equities and fixed income
Strong in Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint (including Chinese Word Processing) and VBA programming
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess desirable attributes including being a team player, willingness to learn and problem solving skills
(Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Securities Officer)
