Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Ref: KW/CBD-SRM/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Grows and deepens relationships with a portfolio of existing Corporate Banking clients to maximize revenue potential.
Prospects for and acquire new business relationships to achieve sustainable growth.
Provides sound financial advice to clients and actively engages customers to fully understand their business activities and financial health situation.
Maintains a high quality loan portfolio and exercise prudent credit assessment by conducting regular and thorough financial analysis and credit reviews in accordance with the Bank's guidelines and policies.
Efficiently execute ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
 
Strong relationship management and business development skills
Minimum 8 years of Corporate Baking relationship management experience in leading banks.
Must possess a solid knowledge of a wide range of banking products including trade finance, treasury products, etc.
Strong client orientation with excellent communication, analytical and credit evaluation and skills
Good team player, self-motivated and with great interpersonal skills
Degree from top universities in Finance, Banking or related disciplines
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Relationship Manager position)
   
Marketing Officer – Corporate Banking (Ref: KW/CBD-MO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Assist Relationship Managers in preparing credit proposals, reviewing existing facilities, monitoring customer's risk profile and other duties to achieve sustainable growth.
Ensure work processes, customer record and transactions updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Efficiently execute ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
 
Minimum 2 years of banking experience
Has a strong desire to develop a career as Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking
Degree in Banking, Economics, Finance or other related disciplines from top universities
Client focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated with strong learning agility
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office applications
   
Marketing Support Officer, Corporate Banking (Ref: KW/CBD-MSO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Assist in account opening and handling loan documents
Provide quality financial and customer services to corporate clients
Assist in preparation of marketing related statistics for management information.
Perform various marketing support and operation duties
Provide administration support to the team
Requirements:
 
Diploma or above in business related disciplines
Minimum 2 years' marketing support experience preferably in Corporate Banking or Commercial Banking
Knowledge in banking practice and lending aspect is an advantage
Self-motivated, customer-oriented and proactive to learn
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
   
Senior Client On-Boarding and Management Officer - Corporate Banking (Ref: KW/CBD-MO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Provide end-to-end support on on-boarding and off-boarding documentation
Perform necessary search procedures (e.g. company and legal search, negative check etc)
Liaise with branch to deliver a smooth account opening/closure experience
Ensure the data accuracy of Global Customer Information System
Assist in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
 
University degree in business related discipline
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking
Experience in KYC/AML is an advantage
Good communication and customer servicing skills
Attentive to details and with good problem solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word and Excel
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
   
Senior Client Service Officer - Corporate Banking (Ref: KW/CBD-MO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Facilitate the issuance of loan facilities letter, loan drawdown and repayment process
Submit request for valuation and settlement of related fees
Handle customer enquiries and complaints
Participate in new system and product launch
Assist in coordinating transaction referrals and completing timely AMF/CFT alerts
Assist in process improvement projects to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
 
University degree in business related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking segment
Experience in KYC / AML is an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and customer servicing skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua is a plus

Senior Credit Analytics & Support Officer - Corporate Banking (Ref: KW/CBD-MO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Conduct financial spreading and search (e.g. google and TU search)
Collect CCRA & TU enquiries
Handle system input for loan/SFGS applications and manage centralized database on credit related information
Extract, circulate and consolidate approval for daily excess or past due reports
Assist in straight credit renewal and monitoring portfolio indicators (e.g. credit proposal turnaround time and overdue credit review etc)
Requirements:
 
University degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking
Experience in conducting financial spreading is an advantage
Attentive to details and analytical
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word and Excel (Macro) is an advantage
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
   
Senior Business Planning & Reporting Officer - Corporate Banking (Ref: KW/CBD-MO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Design and prepare regular and ad hoc MI reports for management review
Conduct analysis to identify potential areas for growth/attention
Compile periodic reports and performance statistics for market analysis
Collaborate with Finance function and other units on ad-hoc financial analysis
Conduct in-house portfolio health check to facilitate portfolio review and management
Co-ordinate client proposition/events to increase customer share of mind
Requirements:
 
University degree in Business Management, Information Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking
Solid experience in data mining and compiling statistical reports
Analytical minded with good business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced skills in Excel and Power-point
