Moreover, that third party service provider may also be required to comply with the applicable laws or regulations, or comply with the guidelines issued by the Authority or other regulatory bodies (including without limitation any government departments, the judiciary or the tax authorities) to provide or disclose photograph and/or other images and imputing the information by you.

By clicking the "AGREE" button, you agree to provide the photograph and/or other images and information uploaded and inputted by you to the aforesaid third party service provider. You further authorize the Bank and such third party service provider to collect, hold, use and process the Images and information for the provisioning of the personalization services both within and outside Hong Kong.

By accessing the website of the aforesaid third party service provider, you shall comply with the terms of use and rules and conditions in relation to the OCBC Bank Hyperlink Policy stated in the Disclaimer, as well as any other terms of use and rules and conditions, policies set down in the third party website.
