Please download mobile applications from official application stores or OCBC Bank website and ensure the search wording is valid.
- iOS
- iOS users may download "OCBC Bank Hong Kong" via App Store
- Android
- Android users may download "OCBC Bank Hong Kong" via Google Play
- For Android users who are unable to access the Google Play Store, please follow the below steps for manual android package installation.
- Android devices without Google Play pre-installed
- Select “System Settings” > “General” > “Security” or the equivalent setting on your mobile device
- Enable “Unknown Sources”
- Scan the QR code below / Click here to download the “OCBC Bank Hong Kong” Android Application Package (APK)
- Open the downloaded APK file and proceed with installation
- Disable “Unknown Sources” after installation complete.
