Service Advantages
	Existing eBanking customers can enjoy this free of charge service without registration.²
	Simply logon to Internet Banking to view, print and download³ the past 12 months' eStatement and the recent 3 months' eAdvice anytime anywhere.
	eStatement & eAdvice are encrypted to protect customers' privacy
	Provide the option to "Discontinue Paper Statement & Advice"⁴ for paper saving and environmental protection
	Free email notification⁵ to remind you that the latest eStatement and eAdvice is ready on Internet Banking

Remarks:
1.	The service includes statements of Current Account, Statement Account, Multi-currency Statement Account, Overnight Plus Account, Integrated Account, Premier Banking, Investment Account, Securities Account, Daily Activities of Investment Account, Contract Note, Consolidated Share Trading Advice and Receipt, Securities Receipt and Credit/Debit Advice, Confirmation of Structured Deposit, Daily Activities of Structured Deposit Account as well as statements of Credit Card, Revolving Credit, e-Money Loan Card and CASH Card, etc.
2.	Only applicable to eBanking customers and the relevant account(s) should be added to the eBanking service.
3.	Customers are required to install Adobe Reader and Chinese Traditional Font Pack on personal computers in order to view, print and download the eStatement & eAdvice in PDF format.
4.	Personal customers could register to "Discontinue Paper Statement & Advice" through Internet Banking while corporate customers should register via any of our branches. The instruction will become effective within 3 working days. Customers who wish to resume receiving paper statement and advice may visit any of our branches for registration.
5.	Free email notification is only applicable to customers who have registered to "Discontinue Paper Statement & Advice".
